重组人表皮生长因子在预防儿童尿道下裂术后尿瘘的应用观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the application effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor( rhEGF)gel on the preven-tion of urinary fistula after hypospadia repair operation. Methods Totally 136 children after hypospadia repair operation were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups including experimental group with rhEGF gel on the fistula surface and control group with 0. 9% sodium chloride solution on fistula surface;the clinical cure rate,the incidence of small fistula and large fistula of both groups were compared. Results The clinical cure rate of experiment group was significant higher than that of control group( P﹤0. 05 ). There was no significant difference in the incidence of small fistula and large fistula between 2 groups(P﹥0. 05). Conclusion rhEGF gel in the treatment of children after hypospadia repair operation can effectively promote wound healing process and reduce the risk of urinary fistula.%目的探讨重组人表皮生长因子（ rhEGF）凝胶在预防尿道下裂术后尿瘘中的应用效果。方法选取136例行尿道下裂手术的患儿，随机分为2组，每组68例。观察组瘘口表面应用rhEGF 凝胶，对照组瘘口表面涂以0.9%氯化钠溶液。比较2组的治愈率、小瘘口和大瘘口发生率。结果观察组患儿临床治愈率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。2组患儿小瘘口和大瘘口发生率比较差异无统计学意义（ P﹥0.05）。结论 rhEGF凝胶用于尿道下裂术后患儿，可有效促进创面愈合，降低尿瘘发生风险。
