项目管理在通信网络工程中的应用

摘要

项目管理是一个崭新的管理方式，在通信网络工程中的运用十分广泛。通过对项目管理定义和特征的阐述，提出了通信网络工程中存在的问题，并对项目管理在通信网络工程中的运用提出了参考性建议。%Project management is a new management approach, which used extensively in communication network project. By elaborating the definition and features of project management, this paper proposed problems of communication network engineering, and made reference to the application of project management in communication network engineering.
