地方林业局林业生态补偿机制构建研究

摘要

The protection of forest resources has become the most important issue of sustainable forestry development. In recent years to respond positively to the national call to achieve sustainable development of forestry, the State Forestry Administration implemented"Natural Forest Protection Project"in multiple forest pilot , and achieved remarkable results. But forestry ecological compensation mechanismofthe local forestry bureau still exists a number of issues needed to discuss,and solve these problems is of great significance for China's forestry development.%保护森林资源现已成为我国林业可持续发展的首要问题。近年来为积极响应国家号召，实现林业的可持续发展，国家林业局在多个林区试点，实施“天保工程”，并取得了显著成果。但是地方林业局林业生态补偿机制仍存在若干问题，探讨解决这些问题的对策，对我国林业建设具有重要意义。
