Function of notarization can provide effective legal protection for financial risk in the financial market, that can provide security guarantee for the development of financial credit in our country, it is also an effective method to prevent financial risks. This paper puts forward the function of notarization function to prevent the financial risk, and the concrete embodiment in the financial risk prevention.%公证职能能够为金融市场中的金融风险提供有效的法律保障,从而能够为我国社会的金融信贷安全发展提供安全保证,也是对金融风险防范的有效手段. 本文提出了公证职能对金融风险防范的作用,以及在金融风险防范中的具体体现.
