This paper expounds the basic problems in the construction of digital education resources in colleges and universities,and introduces the important value of cloud computing in the construction of digital education resources in colleges and universities and the basic way to build a cloud computing platform.%文章阐述了高校数字化教育资源建设存在的基本问题，并介绍了云计算对高校数字化教育资源建设的重要价值和高校建设云计算数字化教育资源云共享机制的基本途径，提出高校建设云计算数字化教育资源共享平台策略。
