Through the analysis and discussion of the resulting fire hidden danger rectification difficult reason,put forward the enforcement of continuity and take joint law enforcement departments to promote fire hidden danger rectification,echnical feasibility,suit the remedy to the case implementation of the rectification, limit the operation of the project,to eliminate the risk of fire,strengthen management,build fire prevention measures of safety barrier.%通过分析和探讨造成火灾隐患整改难的原因，提出了以执法的延续性和采取多部门的联合执法促进火灾隐患的整改，进行技术论证、对症下药地实施隐患整改，限制经营项目，消除火灾的危险性，强化人员管理，筑起防消安全屏障的措施。
