聚驱抽油机井杆管磨损原因分析与防治

摘要

对抽油机井杆管磨损原因进行分析，原因有抽油机井井身结构改变引起杆管变形影响、抽油机井生产参数的影响、井液物性参数的影响、杆管材质的影响，对抽油机井杆管磨损提出预防措施并进行初步分析，以达到延长抽油机杆管的使用时间、降低检泵率的目的。%Sucker rod and pipe wear are analyzed.The reasons are pumping oil wells structure change caused by the effect of rod and tubing deformation, pumping oil wells production parameters, effect of well liquid physical parameters, rod tube material, the sucker rod and tube wear preventive measures and carry on the preliminary analysis are put forward, in order to reduce the pump checking rate and prolong oil pumping unit rod tube using time.
