This paper discussed on measures of improving scientific planning of afforestation, enhancing the quality of soil preparation,selectingafforestationseedlings,enhancingseedlingsplantingqualityandstrengtheningmanagementof seedlings, so as to provide new ideas and methods for management, technical application and process control.%探讨提高植树造林规划的科学性，提升植树造林细致整地质量，选择植树造林苗木，提升植树造林苗木栽植质量，加强植树造林苗木管理质量等措施，为整合植树造林过程与细节，为植树造林的管理工作、技术应用、环节控制提供新的观念和方法。
