柴胡主要活性成分药代动力学研究进展

摘要

Absrtact: Radix Bupleuri, the dried roots of Bupleurum chinense DC and Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd, are recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and have been widely used in China for thousands of years. It is traditionally used for the treatment of influenza, fever, inflammation , etc. This paper reviews the recent studing of pharmacokinetics of Bupleurum main active ingredient. The pharma-cokinetic data provides a reference for further studies of Bupleurum.%柴胡来源于伞形科柴胡属植物柴胡（Bupleurum chinense DC.）和狭叶柴胡（Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd.）的干燥根，收录在中国药典，在中国已有几千年的使用历史，传统用于治疗发烧、感冒、炎症等。该文对近年来柴胡主要活性成分药代动力学加以综述，为进一步的深入研究柴胡药物提供思路。
