HPLC法测定白鲜皮配方颗粒中白鲜碱含量

摘要

目的：研究白鲜皮配方颗粒中白鲜碱的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Agilent C18（150×4.6nm，5µm），流动相为甲醇-水（55：45）；检测波长236nm。结果：加样回收率为98.16%；RSD为1.1%；相关系数r=0.9999；五批白鲜皮配方颗粒中白鲜碱的含量均值为0.96mg·g-1。结论：方法简便，结果准确，重复性好。%Objective:To establish a HPLC method to determine the contents of Dictamnine in Dictamni Cortex Dispensing Gran-ules. Methods:Select Agilent C18(150×4.6nm,5µm);The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water(55:45);The detection wave-length was at 236nm. Results:The average recovery was 98.16%;RSD=1.1%;r=0.9999.The contents of Dictamnine in Dictamni Cortex Dispensing Granules were 0.96 mg·g-1. Conclusion:This method was found to be simple and accurate.
