高效液相色谱法测定消风止痒颗粒中甘草酸的含量

摘要

Objective:A HPLC method was established for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Xiaofengzhiyang Granules. Methods:In the analysis,a Diamonsil-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm) column,a mobile phase of methanol-0.2mol/L ammonium acetate so-lution-Glacial acetic acid(67:33:1)and a UV wavelength of 250nm. Results:A linear range of 44.8μg/ml~448μg/ml,an average re-covery of 99.5%with RSD of 1.2%(n=6). Conclusion:The method of HPLC is simple,rapid and reliable.%目的：建立HPLC法测定消风止痒颗粒中甘草酸的含量。方法：Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)；流动相为甲醇-0.2mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸（67：33：1）；检测波长为250nm。结果：线性范围为44.8μg/ml～448μg/ml，平均回收率为99.5%，RSD为1.2%（n=6）。结论：该方法简便，快速，准确可靠。
