老年心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽水平的临床价值分析及其对预后的影响

摘要

Objective To analyze the elderly the clinical value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide level in patients with heart failure . Methods According to the plasma BNP level 104 cases of patients with heart failure , were selected and divided into A , B, C, D four groups, such as measuring between groups of BNP , LVEF, 6 MWT, after discharge adverse events in patients with NYHA .Results With the increase of the BNP, group B, group C, group D LVEF, 6 MWT dropped significantly, and the incidence of C,D groups of adverse sit-uation were higher than A, B two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma BNP levels in pa-tients with heart failure and 6 MWT, LVEF and NYHA were closely related to the prognosis , and provide important reference for diagnosis of senile heart failure.%目的：分析老年心衰患者血浆脑钠肽（ BNP）水平的临床价值。方法选取104例老年心衰患者，根据血浆BNP水平分为A组、B组、C组、D组4组，测量各组的BNP、左室射血分数（LVEF）、6 min步行试验距离（6MWT）、心功能分级（NYHA）及患者出院后不良事件情况。结果随着BNP的升高，B组、C组、D组LVEF下降，6MWT、HCY升高，且C组、D组两组不良情况发生率高于A组、B组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论心衰患者的血浆BNP水平与6MWT、LVEF、NYHA及HCY关系密切，为诊断老年心衰提供重要参考。
