TURP治疗前列腺增生保留前列腺前叶的临床疗效分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the efficacy of TURP in the treatment of BPH with reserving anterior lobe of prostate .Methods The observation group was treated with TURP with reserving anterior lobe of prostate , while the control group was treated with conventional method.Clinical efficacy and incidence of postoperative complications in two groups were observed .Results The operation time , intraope-rative bleeding volume , bladder irrigation time and indwelling catheter time of observation group were significantly less than that of the con -trol group(P<0.05).Postoperative temporary incontinence rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion The effect of TURP with reserving anterior lobe of prostate is good with small trauma , and it reduces patients′urinary incontinence.So it is worth promotion.%目的：观察分析经尿道前列腺电切术（ TURP）治疗前列腺增生患者采用保留前列腺前叶的临床疗效。方法观察组采用保留前列腺前叶的TURP，对照组采用常规TURP手术治疗。结果观察组患者的总手术时长、术中出血总量、膀胱冲洗时间、导尿管留置时长明显小于对照组（ P＜0.05）；观察组患者TURP术后发生暂时性尿失禁的概率低于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论采用保留前列腺前叶的TURP治疗前列腺增生患者治疗效果确切，手术疗效好，术中对患者的创伤小，并且降低了术后尿失禁的发生，临床上值得继续研究和推广应用。
