多元化健康教育在早产儿视网膜病变筛查遵医行为中意义

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of diversified health education on compliance in screening of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP).Methods Selecting 60 premature babies, and randomly dividing them into 2 groups.The conventional health education was used in the control group and diversified health education was used in the observation group .The degrees of compliance in screening of ROP of 2 groups were compared after 3 months.Results The compliance degree of the two groups had a significantly statistical difference ( P<0.05 );and the occurrence of ROP of the two groups was timely diagnosed and compared .Conclusion The development of diversified health education improves the compliance behavior of prematurity parents in screening of ROP .It is worthy of popularization .%目的：探讨多元化健康教育在早产儿视网膜病变（ ROP）筛查遵医行为中意义。方法选取60例早产儿随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例，对照组患儿家长接受常规健康教育，观察组接受多元化健康教育，于3个月后对家属ROP筛查的遵医程度进行观察。同时记录2组早产儿研究时段内诊断出ROP的情况，进行比较。结果2组干预后在ROP筛查遵医程度上有显著差别（ P＜0．05），而且观察组能更及时的诊断出ROP的发生，避免病情因诊断不及出现恶化。结论多元化健康教育能够提高早产儿家长对ROP筛查的遵医程度，值得推广。
