原发性肝癌分子靶向药物治疗毒副作用护理

摘要

Objective To observe the side effect of primary liver carcinoma monocular targeted drugs , doing pertinent nursing , and summarizing nursing experience.Methods Doing nursing for the hand foot syndrome , gastrointestinal tract and skin side reactions of mo-lecular targeted therapy of primary liver carcinoma in 36 patients, and summarizing the nursing experience.Results There were 35 hand and foot syndrome cases , 32 gastrointestinal tract discomfort cases , and 25 side effects of skin cases.After nursing , symptoms improved ob-viously, and most can continue to targeted drug therapy.Conclusion Monocular targeted therapy has high toxicity and high incidence.So nursing is the guarantee of continuous therapy.%目的：观察肝癌分子靶向药物治疗产生的副反应，并采用针对性护理，总结护理经验。方法对我院2011－01～2014－05间行分子靶向药物治疗的36例原发肝癌患者，产生的手足综合症、胃肠道副反应、皮肤副反应进行护理，总结护理经验。结果共发生手足综合症35例次，胃肠道不适32例次，皮肤毒副反应25例次。经过护理症状明显好转，多数患者可以继续靶向药物治疗。结论分子靶向药物治疗毒副反应大、发生率高，做好护理是患者得以持续治疗的保障。
