慢性肾衰患者的营养宣教

             

摘要

目的 探讨慢性肾衰的营养宣教对肾衰患者的肾功能是否有改善作用.方法 选取肾科确诊慢性肾衰患者144例,随机分组为试验组78例,对照组66例,干预期间,两组均接受规范临床药物治疗.对试验组进行系统营养宣教.结果 干预结束后,试验组肌酐、尿素氮均下降,与干预起始比较,P<0-05,且与试验组结果比较,P<0-05,差异有统计学意义.结论 在配合临床药物治疗的基础上,增加慢性肾衰患者的营养干预、饮食指导,有改善肾功能、延缓肾衰进展的作用.%Objective To observe whether nutrition education can improve renal function.Methods Totally 78 patients with chronic renal failure in the treatment group received nutrition education.Besides,66 patients with chronic renal failure in the control group only received conventional therapy.Results After the intervention,the creatinine and urea nitrogen of the treatment group declined,which was different from the start and the control group (P<0-05).Conclusion On the basis of the clinical therapy,nutrition education and dietary guidance is beneficial to better renal function and the delay of renal failure progression.
