帷幕灌浆在砂卵石坝基防渗加固中的应用价值分析

摘要

The commonly used treatments for dam foundation seepage prevention method are high pressure jet grouting and the concrete cutoff wall at present.High pressure jet grouting has a strong applicability,small construction area,flexible construction process,but also very high professional requirements,and difficult grouting procedure connection with the lower bedrock,increasing the detection difficulty on engineering,reducing the effective and comprehensive testing means.All these lead to a long construction period,high cost.It is not suitable for some large-scale concrete or masonry as water retaining structure reinforcement,rebuilding project.Compared with high pressure jet grouting, curtain grouting is characteristic of adaptation,strong performance,convenient construction at the same time,some problems in the construction can be solved faster and better,saving investment and improving construction efficiency.Taking a reservoir as an example,the application value of curtain grouting in seepage control and reinforcement of sand and gravel dam foundation is analyzed.%目前较为常用的坝基防渗处理方法有高压喷射、帷幕灌浆以及混凝土防渗墙。高压喷射灌浆适用性强、施工占地面积小、施工过程灵活性高，但专业性要求极高，与下部基岩帷幕灌浆工序衔接难度大，加大了对工程进行检测难度，减少了有效检测手段使检测工作不全面。这些都导致工程所需工期长、造价成本高，在一些大型的混凝土或砌石体为挡水建筑物的加固、改建工程中并不适用。比起高压喷射帷幕灌浆兼具适应性能强的同时，施工更为方便、对于施工中的问题能更快更好的处理，节省投资提高了工程效率。文章以某水库为例，分析帷幕灌浆在砂卵石坝基防渗加固中存在的应用价值。
