In order to explore the suitable concentration of Scutellaria strigillosa with cutting propagation ,tak‐ing branches of Scutellaria strigillosa as test materials ,the effect of different concentrations of ABT 1 and ABT2 on root growth of Scutellariastrigillosa were studied .The results showed that the control without soa‐king ABT had not got root .The rooting effect of ABT2 was better than ABT1 with the same concentration . When the concentration of ABT2 was 150 mg·kg‐1 ,rooting rate reached to 82 .67% ,root number was 31 .67 , average root length was 3 .38 cm in the treatment with soaking 100 mg·kg‐1 ABT1 ,rooting rate was 62 .67% , root number was 25 ,average rooting length was 2 .62 cm .%为探索沙滩黄芩扦插繁殖的最佳ABT生根粉浓度,以沙滩黄芩枝条为材料,研究不同浓度生根粉1号和生根粉2号对沙滩黄芩扦插生根的影响。结果表明:未用生根粉处理的沙滩黄芩没有生根迹象;相同浓度下,生根粉2号的生根效果优于生根粉1号。其中,生根粉2号150 mg·kg‐1处理最好,生根率达到82.67%,生根数达到31.67条,平均根长达到3.38 cm。生根粉1号100 mg·kg‐1处理生根率达到62.67%,生根数达到25条,平均根长达到2.62 cm。
