承钢65 Mn 热轧带钢的开发与生产实践

摘要

In No.2 Vanadium Extracting and Steel Rolling Mill of Cheng Steel, 65Mn high-carbon strip steel is developed with optimization in low casting speed and reasonable temperature system in smelting and rolling processes.Its yield strength is 490 MPa, tensile strength 885 MPa and elongation reaches 20%, can meet the requirements of customers in tracing customer's application and many times of products quality in-spection.And the steel is produced in batch.%承钢提钒钢轧二厂在没有电磁搅拌和液芯轻压下的条件下，通过低拉速、合理温度制度等冶炼和轧制工艺的优化，试制的65Mn高碳带钢，屈服强度为490 MPa、抗拉885 MPa、延伸率达到20％，经过跟踪用户使用情况和多次检验产品质量指标，完全满足用户使用要求，实现了批量生产。
