干式高炉煤气柜改装焦炉煤气的实践

With process optimization and innovation, sealing improvement, piston pressure lowered, and up-grading reformation of control instruments, the 120 thousands m3 Man-type dry blast furnace gas tank is successfully reformed as a coke gas tank, and unattended operation is realized.It realizes recover and utiliza-tion of surplus gas during repair period of gas users, plays fully a role in peak load shifting, great economic and social profit got.%邯钢公司通过工艺优化创新、密封改进、活塞降压及对仪控部分的升级改造，成功将12万m3曼型干式高炉煤气柜改造为焦炉煤气柜，并实现了无人值守。该焦炉煤气柜的应用，实现了用户检修期间富余焦炉煤气的回收利用，充分发挥了其削峰填谷作用，取得了显著经济效益和良好社会效益。
