炼焦系统提高焦油产率方法的研究

摘要

针对目前焦油回收率偏低的现状，研究了在保证焦炭质量的前提下，提高焦油回收率的措施。从工艺优化与创新入手，在配煤结构、温度管理、焦炉煤气流量、吸力控制以及焦油分离效率等方面进行了分析。通过控制炉顶空间温度、优化配煤炼焦综合指标，提高了焦油产率。%It is researched the method to increase tar recovery in the premise to guarantee the quality of coke:starting from process optimization and innovation, analyzing in coal blending structure, temperature manage-ment, coke oven gas flow, suction control and tar concentrating efficiency.The tar recovery is increased by means of controlling furnace top space temperature and optimizing the comprehensive indexes of coal blend-ing and coking.
