女性慢性泌尿系感染患者尿中巨噬细胞的探讨

摘要

Objective： The article study the macrophage in urine,the diagnosis in chronic urinary infection, which is the common symptom,the treatment of the disease and the possible symptom after the treatment .Methods: We review the past 216 cases of female urinary infections patients with analyses of the macrophage in urine, which varies from the invasion stage to the asymptomatic stage. Results: The detectable rate of the invasion stage in the 216 cases is 98.15% , while the detectable rate of the asymptomatic stage is 62.5%.Conclusions:If the macrophage is found out in the patient to chronic urinary infection at asymptomatic stage, it will be regarded as a non-recovered case, which will have a relapse and may be at the risk of developing into the chronic pyelonephritis. Therefore, the treatment should not be stopped until the symptom is disappeared.%目的：探讨尿中巨噬细胞的出现，对慢性泌尿系感染这一女性好发症的诊断，治疗及预后的指征作用。方法：回顾性分析216例女性泌尿系感染者的尿中巨噬细胞在发病期，无症状期的变化情况。结果：216例中发病期检出率为98.15％，无症状期检出率为62.50％。结论：在慢性泌尿系感染者无症状时检出巨噬细胞，即视为未愈，可复发，有发展成慢性肾盂肾炎的危险，应坚持治疗至完全消失。
