胃及十二指肠溃疡的病因探讨及治疗效果分析

摘要

目的:探讨胃、十二指肠溃疡的发病因素及治疗方法效果.方法:选择我院胃、十二指肠溃疡的患者70例,对其临床症状、伴随疾病、X线表现、年龄、病因及四联疗法治疗效果进行回顾性分析.结果:疗程结束后1个月复查,溃疡愈合率为97.1%,Hp转阴率为97.1%.结论:胃、十二指肠溃疡表现为胆汁反流和胃排空延缓,与药物因素、遗传因素、胃肠肽的作用、精神因素和环境因素有关,对病因进行正确诊断,采取针对性的治疗,可提高治愈率,降低溃疡复发率.%Objective: To explore risk factors and treatment of gastric, duodenal ulcer. Method: 70 patients with stomach and duodenal ulcer in our hospital, the clinical symptoms, accompanying diseases, X -ray findings, age, etiology and treatment of quadruple therapy were analyzed retrospectively. Result: 1 month after treatment, ulcer healing rate was 97.1％, Hp negative rate was 97.1％. Conclusion: Stomach and duodenal ulcer showed bile reflux and delayed gastric emptying, and drug factors, genetic factors, the role of gastrointestinal peptides, mental factors and environmental factors, the correct diagnosis of the cause,take appropriate treatment, can improve the cure rate and reduce the ulcer recurrence rate.
