血清HBV-DNA与HBV免疫学标志物的相关性研究

摘要

目的:通过试剂检测法对乙肝患者的血清HBV-DNA,HBV免疫学标志物二者之间的相关性进行研究,证实二者之间的关系.方法:以我院2009年9月至2010年9月采集的384例乙肝患者的血清为研究对象,采用Real-time PCR对血清HBV-DNA进行定量检测,采用ELISA对血清HBV免疫标志物进行检测,记录相关数据.并将所得实验数据进行统计学分析.结果:研究的384份标本中,出现了5种组合,具体数据见本文3结果.统计学分析的P=0.036＜0.05具有显著的统计学意义.结论:患者的血清HBV-DNA与HBV的复制程度有密切关系;患者HBV-DNA检测结果,对于乙型肝炎患者的定性诊断、发病程度、传染性以及治疗效果监测具有十分重要的临床意义.%Objective: Through assay of reagent to study the relativity between serum HBV-DNA of HB patient and HBV immunology markers. Method :384 HB patients serum which gathered by our hospital from Sep. 2009 to Sep. 2010 regarded as study object. Adopted Real-time PCR to quantity detection serum HBVDNA and ELISA to test serum immunology markers,recorded the relevant data and analysed the data in statistics. Result: 5 kinds of combination appeared in the 384 specimens, the concrete data were in the third result. There's statistical significance ( P = O. 036＜0.05 ). Conclusion: Replication degree of patients' serum HBV-DNA and HBV have close relations; the test results of patients' HBV-DNA have great clinical significance to HB patients' qualitative diagnosis, degree of disease, infectious and treatment effect monitoring.
