目的:观察加味八正散治疗尿路结石的临床疗效.方法:将84例尿路结石患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各42例,对照组给予大量喝普通的纯净水,治疗组给予同等剂量的加味八正散治疗,10天为一个疗程,各观察两个疗程.结果:治疗组总有效率88.10%,对照组总有效率率69.05%.治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:采用加味八正散治疗尿路结石疗效明显,无明显毒副作用.%Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of urinary tract stones. Method: 84 cases of urinary tract stones were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ( n = 42 ), normal control group was given a lot pure water to drink, the treatment group received the same dose of flavored eight are scattered treatment, 10 days for a course, to observe the effects of two groups. Result: The total efficiency of 88. 10% in the control group, the total effective rate of 69. 05% . Observation group significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ). Conclusion: Modified eight are scattered efficacy treatment of urinary tract stones, no obvious side effects.
