脑梗塞患者血小板变化临床研究探索

摘要

目的:研究脑血栓患者血小板参数的变化情况.方法:以我院2009年4月至2012年5月收治的420例急性脑梗塞患者为研究对象,对其血小板参数变化情况进行比较研究.结果:脑梗塞患者MPV、PDW、PLT、P-LCR等四项关键指标与健康对照组存在显著差异(P＜0.01),且随着梗塞面积的增加,差异性更加明显.结论:患者MPV、PDW、PLT、P-LCR等指标,可以作为判断梗塞病情及病程的重要参考依据,对于指导临床治疗具有积极意义.%Objective: To study the relationship between the changes of platelet and acute cerebral infarction.
