综合医院心身医学模式下医患沟通技能培训体系研究

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of a comprehensive hospital with the help of doctor-patient communication skills training for medical personnel doctor-patient communication skills in modern psychoso-matic medicine mode.Method:In 2012 and 2013 a hospital clinicians were recruited physicians and medi-cal technology as the experimental group of 42 people to the hospital clinical work as a doctor in the control group 40 cases, according to"occupational physicians standardized training rules"requirement, the Court of this science physician clinicians and medical technology approved all of the new posts of occupational physi-cians standardized training, relevant scale surveys before and after the training results of two doctors differ-ences.Result:Before training the experimental group and the control group of physicians coping style com-parison of six factor questionnaire showed no significant differences ( P>0.05) .Factor after receiving training experimental group physicians to solve the problem is obviously higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).reflect the other five factors:.Fantasy coping style, self blame, withdrawal, rationalization factor for help, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion: The results of the study show that the lack of medical knowledge and current clinicians do exist doctor-patient communication ability of psychosomatic, my courtyard through the training of doctor-patient communication skills model of psychosomatic medicine, the training is helpful to improve the doctor-patient communication skills, occupation accomplishment, reduce the occupation burn-out, coping ability, alleviate depression.It is worth of popularization in hospitals of all levels.%目的:探讨某综合医院在现代心身医学模式下借助医患沟通技能培训对医护人员的医患沟通技能的影响。方法:以2012年和2013年某医院共招聘临床医师和医技医师42人作为实验组,以本院40位临床工作医师作为对照组,按照《职业医师规范化培训细则》要求,医院科教处对这批新上岗的医师全部进行职业医师规范化培训,比较培训前后两组医师的相关量表调查结果差异。结果:培训前实验组和对照组医师应对方式问卷六个因子比较差异均无统计学意义( P>0.05)。接受培训后实验组医师解决问题的因子分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。反映应对方式的另外五个因子:幻想、自责、退避、求助、合理化因子两组比较差异无统计学显著性( P>0.05)。结论:研究结果表明当前临床医师确实存在心身医学知识和医患沟通能力的欠缺,我院通过开展心身医学模式下的医患沟通技能培训,该培训有助于提高医患沟通技能、职业素养、减轻职业倦怠、应对能力,缓解抑郁情绪。值得在各级医院推广。
