目的：观察射频消融术（ RFA）和子宫动脉栓塞术（ UAE）治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效，为临床选择治疗方案提供依据。方法将140例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为RFA组和UAE组，每组70例，跟踪随访半年，比较两组的手术时间、住院时间、症状改善情况、总体疗效和不良反应等指标。结果 RFA组的手术时间、住院时间均明显短于UAE组（ P＜0．01）；RFA组的盆腔痛、压迫症状、月经量等症状指标改善程度均明显好于UAE组（ P ＜0．05）；RFA组的治疗疗效明显好于UAE组（ P ＜0．01）；而RFA组在术后1个月、术后6个月的肌瘤直径均明显小于UAE组（ P ＜0．01）。结论 RFA疗法的整体治疗效果明显优于UAE组，但RFA和UAE有各自的适应症，在治疗时应综合考虑，选择最佳的治疗方案。%Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of radiofrequency ablation ( RFA ) and uterine artery embolization(UAE) on hysteromyoma in order to provide basis for selecting clinical therapeutic regimen .Methods One hundred and forty patients with hysteromyoma were randomly divided into RFA group and UAE group ,with 70 patients in each group,following up half a year,then the operation time,length of stay,improving degree of symptoms,total curative effect and adverse effects were observed and compared between the two groups .Results The operation time and length of stay in RFA group were significantly shorter than those in UAE group ( P <0.01).The improving degree in pelvic cavity pain ,compression symptoms and menstrual blood volume in RFA group was much better than that in UAE group ( P <0.05).Total curative effect in RFA group was superior to that in UAE group ( P <0.01).The diameter of hysteromyoma in RFA group at one month and six months after operation were significantly smaller than that in UAE group ( P <0.01).Conclusion The total curative effect of RFA therapy is superior to that of UAE therapy ,but RFA and UAE has itself indication,as a result,we should comprehensively consider and choose optimal therapeutic regimen .
