加味左金汤对胃溃疡大鼠血浆内皮素及胃泌素的影响

         

摘要

目的:观察加味左金汤对胃溃疡模型大鼠血浆内皮素( ET-1)及胃泌素( Gas )的影响。方法将60只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性药物对照组及加味左金汤大、中、小剂量组,每组10只。参照Okabe冰醋酸致大鼠胃溃疡造模方法。造模后第3 d开始治疗,阳性药物对照组予盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊溶液(浓度为3 mg/mL)灌胃,加味左金汤大、中、小剂量组分别给予2.5、1.25、0.75 g/mL灌胃,正常对照组与模型组予0.9%氯化钠注射液,均按1 mL/100 g灌胃,每日1次。灌胃13 d后观察各组大鼠血浆ET-1及Gas水平变化。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组血浆ET-1、Gas均水平明显升高(P<0.05),阳性药物对照组血浆ET-1、GAS水平有升高趋势,但比较差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);与模型组比较,加味左金汤大、中剂量组及阳性药物对照组血浆ET-1水平显著降低(P<0.05),加味左金汤大剂量组及阳性药物对照组血浆GSA水平显著降低(P<0.05),且加味左金汤大剂量组与阳性药物对照组对ET-1、GAS降低水平相当(P>0.05)。结论加味左金汤可以降低胃溃疡模型大鼠血浆 ET-1、Gas水平,对胃黏膜具有保护作用。%Objective To observe the effect of Zuojin decoction on plasma endothelin -1 (ET-1) and gas-trin (Gas) in rat with gastric ulcer.Methods 60 male rats were randomly divided into six groups ,control group, model group ,positive drug group ,high-,middle-and low-dose Zuojin decoction group ,10 rats in each group .Rat gastric ulcer was established by Okabe glacial acetic acid modeling Methods 2.5 g/mL,1.25 g/mL,0.75 g/mL Zuojin decoction and 3 mg/mL ranitidine hydrochloride capsule were given in high -,middle-and low-dose Zuojin decoction group and positive drug group .Rats in control group and model group received 0.9%sodium chloride injec-tion for continuous lavage 13 d.Gavage was completed according 1 mL/100 g.The levels of ET-1 and Gas in plasma of rats were observed .Results The levels of ET-1 and Gas in plasma of rats in model group were increased as compared with those in control group rats (P<0.05).The level of ET -1 in high-and middle-dose Zuojin decoc-tion group and positive drug group was decreased as compared with that in model group (P<0.05).The level of Gas in high-dose Zuojin decoction group and positive drug group was decreased as compared with that in model group ( P<0.05).There was no difference between high -dose Zuojin decoction group and positive drug group on the level of ET-1 and Gas (P>0.05).Conclusion Zuojin decoction can decrease the levels of ET -1 and GAS in rats with gastric ulcer,and protect gastric mucosa .
