乾坤丹Ⅶ号治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症40例

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of Qiankundan Ⅶ on diabetes pruritus.Methods 81 diabetes pruritus patients were randomly divided into two groups.41 cases in control group were treated by oral administration of loratadine,10 mg,once a day.40 cases in treatment group were treated by Qiankundan Ⅶ,12 g,thrice a day on the basis of conventional hypoglycemic therapy.The course was four weeks in two groups.The total effective rate and recurrence rate were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group (95.0％) was higher than that in control group after two courses(39.0％,P ＜ 0.05).The recurrence rate in treatment group(2.5％) was lower than that in control group (12.2％,P ＜ 0.05).The cure rate in treatment group (92.5 ％) was lower than that in control group (26.8％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Qiankundan Ⅶ has definite effect and lower recurrent rate on the treatment of diabetes pruritus.%目的 探讨乾坤丹Ⅶ号治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效.方法 选取糖尿病合并皮肤瘙痒症患者81例,随机分为2组.治疗组40例在常规降糖治疗基础上予乾坤丹Ⅶ号1袋(12 g),每日3次口服;对照组41例予口服氯雷他定10 mg,每日1次口服,2组均4周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,观察治疗1个疗程、2个疗程临床疗效,并于治疗后3个月随访,统计2组复发率.结果 治疗1个疗程,治疗组总有效率70.0％,对照组总有效率46.3％,2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),治疗组与对照组疗效无差别;治疗2个疗程,治疗组总有效率95.0％,对照组总有效率39.0％,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组.2组治疗3个后随访,治疗组复发率(2.5％)低于对照组(12.2％),痊愈率(92.5％)高于对照组(26.8％),2组复发率、痊愈率比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 乾坤丹Ⅶ号治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙瘁症临床疗效确切,复发率低.
