Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in elderly coronary heart disease an -gina pectoris patients with depression .Methods 60 elderly coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients with de-pression were randomly divided into two groups .Routine nursing group ( n =30) received routine nurse .Nursing in-tervention group received nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing group nurse .After 30 days of nurse cura-tive effect of depression and coronary heart disease angina pectoris were compared in two groups .The changes of MMSE and ADL before and after treatment were observed in two groups .Results There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate ( P <0.05).The curative effect of depression and coronary heart dis-ease angina pectoris in nursing intervention group was superior to that in Routine nursing group .MMSE and ADL inte-gral after nurse was increased as compared with that before nurse in two groups ( P <0.05).The increase in nursing intervention group was more obvious ( P <0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventions can increase therapeutic effect of angina pectoris while improving depressive symptoms .%目的：观察护理干预对老年冠心病心绞痛合并抑郁症患者的影响。方法将60例老年冠心病心绞痛合并抑郁症患者随机分为2组，常规护理组30例予常规护理，护理干预组30例在常规护理组护理基础上应用护理干预。2组均护理30 d后，比较2组抑郁症、冠心病心绞痛疗效，观察2组治疗前后简易精神状态检查量表（ MMSE）积分、日常生活能力（ ADL）积分变化。结果2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组抑郁症疗效、冠心病心绞痛疗效均优于对照组。2组护理后MMSE积分、ADL积分均较本组护理前增加（P＜0．05），且护理干预组增加明显（P＜0．05）。结论护理干预在改善患者抑郁症状的同时提高了冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果。
