滋肾健脾汤治疗围绝经期综合征60例临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of perimenopausal syndrome treated by Zishen Jianpi decoction .Methods 100 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into two groups .60 cases in treatment group were treated by Zishen Jianpi decoction .40 cases in control group were treated by routine western medicine .The course was three months in two groups .The levels of FSH and E 2 before and after treatment and the im-provement of major clinical perimenopausal symptoms were observed .Results The levels of FSH after treatment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in two groups (P<0.05).E2 levels was increased after treat-ment in two groups (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups on the levels of FSH and E 2, and the improvement of major clinical perimenopausal symptoms (P>0.05).Conclusion Zishen Jianpi decoction can significantly alleviate clinical symptoms in perimenopausal syndrome ,it can significantly improve their quality of life,partly improve ovarian function ,and delay the aging ovary .%目的：观察滋肾健脾汤治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法将100例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为2组。治疗组60例予滋肾健脾汤治疗，对照组40例予常规西医治疗。2组疗程均为3个月。观察2组治疗前后血清卵泡刺激素（ FSH）、雌二醇（ E2）水平，同时观察围绝经期主要临床症状的改善情况。结果2组治疗后FSH水平均较本组治疗前均降低（P＜0．05），E2水平均较本组治疗前均升高（P＜0．05）。2组治疗后FSH、E2水平比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。2组治疗后围绝经期主要临床症状改善率比较差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论滋肾健脾汤可明显缓解围绝经期综合征患者的临床症状，能显著提高其生活质量，部分改善卵巢功能，延缓卵巢衰老。
