Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zaorenanshen granule on the treatment of insomnia . Methods 120 cases of insomnia were randomly divided into two groups .60 patients in control group were given zop-iclone.60 cases in treatment group were treated by Zaorenanshen granule .The course was four weeks in two groups . The clinical effect ,incidences of adverse effect and PSQI score were observed .Results PSQI score after treatment was decreased as compared with that before treatment in two groups (P<0.05).There was no difference between two groups on PSQI score after treatment (P>0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05).The incidences of adverse effect in treatment group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Zaorenanshen granule has exact effect on the treatment of insomnia .%目的：观察枣仁安神颗粒治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法将120例失眠症患者随机分为2组。治疗组60例予枣仁安神颗粒治疗，对照组60例予佐匹克隆片治疗。2组疗程均为4周。观察2组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI ）总分。结果2组治疗后PSQI总分较本组治疗前均降低（P＜0．05），2组治疗后PSQI总分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0．05）。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P ＜00．5）。结论枣仁安神颗粒治疗失眠症疗效确切。
