宣上畅中渗下法联合西药治疗痰湿质盆腔炎临床观察

摘要

目的 观察宣上畅中渗下法联合西药治疗痰湿质盆腔炎的临床疗效.方法 将60例痰湿质盆腔炎患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予常规西药治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加宣上畅中渗下中药治疗.2组均14 d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程,疗程结束后3个月随访.观察2组治疗前后及随访时肝功能[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)]、血脂[甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、血常规[白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞(N)]、血糖[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)]变化,观察2组治疗前后及随访时痰湿质积分变化,比较2组疗效.结果 2组治疗后、随访时痰湿质积分均较本组治疗前降低(P＜0.05),治疗后、随访时治疗组痰湿质积分低于对照组同期(P＜0.05).2组治疗后、随访时ALT、AST、TG、LDL-C、WBC、N、FPG及2 hPG与本组治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05),治疗后、随访时治疗组与对照组ALT、AST、TG、LDL-C、WBC、N、FPG及2 hPG比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗组总有效率93.33％,对照组总有效率80.00％,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;治疗组复发率(3.33％)低于对照组(13.30％),治疗组远期疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 宣上畅中渗下法联合常规西药治疗痰湿质盆腔炎,能改善患者中医证候,毒副作用小,复发率低.%Objective To observe the clinical effects ofXuanshang-changzhong-shenxia therapy on the treatment of combined with western medicine on pelvic inflammatory disease of phlegm-dampness constitution Methods 60 pelvic inflammatory patients with phlegm-dampness constitution were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in the control were treated by routi.ne western medicine,and 30 cases in the treatment group were treated by Xuanshang-changzhong-shenxia therapy on the basis of the control group.The treatment course was 14 d in two groups and 3 months follow-up after one course treatment.The liver function including alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),blood lipid including triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),blood routine including white blood cell count (WBC) and neutrophil (N),blood glucose including fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and 2 h postprandial glucose (2 hPG) before and after treatment and follow -up were observed in two groups.The scores of phlegm-dampness constitution before and after treatment were observed in two groups.Results The scores of phlegm-dampness constitution after treatment and follow-up were reduced in two groups (P ＜ 0.05),and which in treatment group was lower than that in control group at the same period (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical difference on the ALT,AST,TG,LDL-C,WBC,N,FPG and 2 hPG among before and after treatment and follow-up in two groups (P ＞ 0.05).There was no statistical difference on the ALT,AST,TG,LDL-C,WBC,N,FPG and 2 hPG between after treatment and follow-up in two groups (P ＞0.05).There were statistical differences on the total effective rate between the treatment group (93.33％) and the control group (80.00％,P ＜ 0.05),and the curative effects in treatment group was superior to that in control group.The recurrence rate in the treatment group (3.33％)was lower than that in the control group (13.30％),and the long-term efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Xuanshang-changzhong-shenxia therapy combined with western medicine on pelvic inflammatory disease of phlegm-dampness constitution can improve TCM syndromes of patients,with small side effects and low recurrence rate.
