通脉散郁汤治疗不稳定性心绞痛合并抑郁焦虑临床观察

摘要

目的 观察通脉散郁汤治疗不稳定性心绞痛合并抑郁焦虑的临床疗效.方法 将68例不稳定性心绞痛合并抑郁焦虑患者随机分为2组,对照组34例予西医常规治疗,治疗组34例在对照组治疗基础上应用通脉散郁汤治疗.2组疗程均为2周,比较2组心绞痛、心电图疗效,观察治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分变化.结果 治疗组心绞痛总有效率88.23％,对照组心绞痛总有效率67.64％,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组心绞痛疗效优于对照组.治疗组心电图总有效率79.41％,对照组心电图总有效率55.88％,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组心电图疗效优于对照组.治疗组治疗后HAMD评分、HAMA评分均较本组治疗前降低(P＜0.05),2组治疗后HAMD评分、HAMA评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组低于对照组.结论 通脉散郁汤治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛合并抑郁焦虑临床疗效显著.%Objective To observe the clinical effects of Tongmai-sanyu decoction on unstable angina accompanied depression and anxiety.Methods 68 unstable angina accompanied depression and anxiety patients were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in the control group were treated by conventional western medicine,and 34 cases in the treatment group were treated by Tongmai-sanyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment course was 2 weeks in two groups.The effects of angina and electrocardiogram were compared in two groups.The score changes of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) before and after treatment were observed in two groups.Results There were statistical differences on the total effective rate of angina between the treatment group (88.23％) and the control group (67.64％,P ＜0.05),and the effect of angina in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group.There were statistical differences on the total effective rate of electrocardiogram between the treatment group (79.41％) and the control group (55.88％,P ＜ 0.05),and the effect of electrocardiogram in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group.The scores of HAMD and HAMA after treatment were decreased in the treatment group (P ＜ 0.05).There were statistical differences on the scores of HAMD and HAMA after treatment between the treatment group and the control group (P ＜ 0.05),and which in the treatment group was lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Tongmai-sanyu decoction has significant curative effects on unstable angina accompanied depression and anxiety.
