竺黄醒脑胶囊抗血栓形成作用的实验研究

             

摘要

目的 研究竺黄醒脑胶囊对血栓形成的抑制作用,为临床应用提供理论依据.方法 采用角叉菜胶致大鼠血栓形成模型和实验性脑血栓形成模型,分别观察竺黄醒脑胶囊的相关药理作用.结果 大鼠皮下注射角叉菜胶后,多数大鼠的尾尖部在24h内出现黯红色血栓形成区,并逐渐向尾根部扩大,24~48 h颜色加深变黑,且与正常尾部分界明显.模型1组大鼠黑尾长度较正常1组增加(P<0.05),说明造模成功.竺黄醒脑胶囊小、中、大剂量1组及阿司匹林1组黑尾长度均低于模型1组(P<0.05,P<0.01),说明给药治疗有效.竺黄醒脑胶囊小、中、大剂量1组及阿司匹林1组两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).模型1组大鼠血液流变学指标均较正常1组升高(P<0.05),说明造模成功.竺黄醒脑胶囊小、中、大剂量1组及阿司匹林1组血液流变学指标均低于模型1组(P <0.05,P<0.01),说明给药治疗有效.竺黄醒脑胶囊小、中、大剂量1组及阿司匹林1组两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).竺黄醒脑胶囊小、中、大剂量2组及阿司匹林2组吸光度(OD)/脑质量均低于模型2组(P<0.05,P<0.01),说明给药治疗有效.竺黄醒脑胶囊小剂量2组OD/脑质量高于阿司匹林2组(P<0.05),竺黄醒脑胶囊中、大剂量2组及阿司匹林2组OD/脑质量两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 竺黄醒脑胶囊对血栓形成有一定的抑制作用,研究结果为临床用药提供了必要的药理学依据.%Objective To study the inhibitory effect of Zhuhuang-xingnao capsule on thrombosis for providing theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods The rats were treated with carrageen glue to induced thrombosis model and experimental cerebral thrombosis model,and the related pharmacological effects of Zhuhuang-xingnao capsule were observed respectively.Results After subcutaneous injection of carrageen glue,the tail tip of the majority of rats appeared a dark red thrombosis area within 24 h,and gradually expanded to the tail root,and the color deepened and darkened in 24 ~48 h with the normal tail boundaries clear.The length of black tail in model group 1 was higher than that in normal group 1 (P < 0.05),which indicated that the model was successful.The length of black tail in small,medium and high dosage of Zhuhuang-xingnao capsule group 1 and aspirin group 1 were shorter than that in model group (P < 0.05,P <0.01),which indicated that the treatment was effective.There was no statistical difference among in small,medium and high dosage of Zhuhuang-xingnao capsule group 1 and aspirin group 1 (P > 0.05).The hemorheology indexes in model group 1 were higher than those in normal group (P < 0.05),which indicated that the model was successful.The hemorheology indexes in small,medium and high dosage of Zhuhuangxingnao capsule group 1 and aspirin group 1 were lower than those in model group (P <0.05,P < 0.01),which indicated that the treatment was effective.There was no statistical difference among in small,medium and high dosage of Zhuhuang-xingnao capsule group 1 and aspirin group 1 (P > 0.05).The optical density (OD)/brain mass in small,medium and high dosage of Zhuhuang-xingnao capsule group 2 and aspirin group 2 were lower than those in model group 2 (P < 0.05,P < 0.01),which indicated that the treatment was effective.The OD/brain mass in small dosage of Zhuhuang-xingnao capsule group 2 was higher than that in aspirin group 2 (P < 0.05).There was no statistical difference among the medium and high dosage of Zhuhuang-xingnao capsule group 2 and aspirin group 2 (P >0.05).Conclusion Zhuhuang-xingnao capsule has a certain inhibitory effect on thrombosis,and the results provide the necessary pharmacological basis for clinical medication.
