基于TRIZ理论的一种中央电气接线盒的改进设计

摘要

In order to solve the issues of space and cost waste in traditional vehicle central electrical junction box and to fulfill platformization and multiple use requirements,a new design guided by the problem-solving model (TRIZ theory) is provided.It includes the contradiction matrix and 39 engineering parameters and 40 inventive principles of the TRIZ theory.It meets general requirement and solves the conventional problems.%针对汽车用中央电气接线盒在传统设计中为满足平台化和通用性要求而造成的空间和成本浪费的问题,以基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ理论)的发明问题解决过程模型为指导,利用TRIZ理论的矛盾/冲突分析矩阵、39个工程参数、40个创新发明原理等知识库工具进行改进设计,在满足通用性的前提下,解决了空间和成本浪费问题.
