海水中的常见元素对总氮测定的影响

     

摘要

The researcher selected some common elements ions in seawater ,to evaluate the effect on TN testing by UV Spectroscopy .The results showed that :1) among the common elements selected , HCO3 - ,Br- ,Fe3+ ,Cr6+ affect TN testing ;2) the effect of ρHCO3 - on testing increases firstly ,then decreases along with the increasing of concentration within the range of 0 .142 g/L to 1 g/L ;3) the effect of ρBr- on TN testing decreases along with the increasing of its concentration within the range of 0 .067 4~0 .3 g/L ;4) the effect of Fe3+ to TN testing increases firstly ,then decreases along with the increasing of concentration with the range of 0 .512 5 g/L ~2 .05 g/L ;5) the effect of Cr6+ to TN testing decreases firstly ,then increases along with the increasing of concentration within the range of 0 .52~2 .08 g/L .The research results aim to provide reference for interference elimination of seawater T N testing .%选取海水中常见元素作为研究对象 ,考察它们对海水中总氮(TN)测定(紫外分光光度法)的影响情况.研究结果表明:1)所选取的常见元素中 HCO3 - 、Br- 、Fe3+ 、Cr6+ 对测定有影响 ;2)ρHCO3 -在0.142~1 g/L范围内 ,HCO3 -离子对海水中总氮测定的影响程度随 HCO3 -离子浓度的增加先减小后增大 ;3)ρBr-在0.067 4~0.3 g/L范围内 ,Br-离子对海水中总氮测定的影响程度随离子浓度的增加而减小 ;4 )ρFe3+ 在0. 512 5~2.05 g/L范围内 ,Fe3+ 离子对海水中总氮测定的影响程度随离子浓度的增加先增大后减小 ;5 )ρC r6+在0.52~2.08 g/L范围内 ,C r6+离子对海水中总氮测定的影响程度随C r6+ 离子浓度的增加先减小后增大.实验结果为消除海水中总氮测定的干扰因素提供了参考.
