一起阻容吸收器群裂故障原因分析及处理措施

摘要

Aiming at the group-cracking an d oil-spilling fault of RC absorber in the 220 kV transformer substation,and considers that manufacturing processes of products and the stress caused by larger difference of expansion coefficient be-tween epoxy resin and porcelain are the main reasons of the group-cracking of RC absorber on the basis of introductions of on-site inspection,comparison test and disintegration,pro-poses solutions and suggestions.%针对一起220 kV变电站中阻容吸收器群裂、漏油故障情况，通过现场检查、对比试验、解体分析进行故障查找，认为产品制造工艺存在缺陷、环氧树脂和瓷套两者膨胀系数相差较大产生的内应力是造成阻容吸收器群裂的主要原因，并提出处理措施及建议。
