摘要

This paper analyzes the cause of an open-phase trip of 500 kV circuit breaker considers that the unsmooth of the spring in the spring prevention pin ,the spring cannot un-com-pressed leading to close un-successful ,are the main reason for the failure .Proposes to replac three-phase institutions anti-jump pin , indicates the treatment effect ,and puts forward related sugges-tions .%对500 kV断路器非全相跳闸故障进行分析，认为内弹簧存在卡涩，弹簧无法压缩，导致合闸不成功是故障的主要原因，提出更换三相机构防跳销钉的处理措施，并说明处理效果及建议。
