连铸坯在线质量预测判定模型的建立

摘要

The online forecast judgement of continuous casting slab quality is elaborated in detail, which is realized by the modem information technique. The feature of the model is to adopt the slicing principle to monitor the slab in the production process and record the unconventional affairs; use statistics principle to quantize the process and technical standard data which influence the slab quality. The advanced computing technology is a-dopted to forecast and estimate the slab quality.%本文主要阐述了利用现代信息化技术实现对连铸坯质量的在线预测判定.该模型的特点是采用切片原理对生产过程中的铸坯进行跟踪及异常事件标定,运用统计学原理对影响铸坯质量的过程及工艺标准数据进行量化,通过尖端的计算机计算技术对铸坯质量进行预测和综合判定.
