ACS800变频器在牵引机控制系统上的应用

摘要

针对铝挤压机型材出料速度不稳的情况,在后部处理牵引设备中采用ABB公司ACS800变频器,通过使用其宏程序——恒转矩控制(T-CTRL)功能,达到牵引机平稳牵料,提高制品合格率且安全控制的目的.本文还介绍了相关传动系统参数的设定.%To improve the stability of ejection velocity of aluminum proximate matter extrusion press, ACS800rnfrequency converter made by ABB Group was used in the post-treatment pulling equipment. The smooth pullingrnof puller, improvement of final product yield and safety control were achieved by the macroprogram-constantrntorque control (T-CTRL) function. The setting method of relevant parameters for the transmission system isrnintroduced.
