顶装焦炉平煤滚压装置的研究与改进

         

摘要

Since the effect is unconspicuous to change the coal pile density and uniformity by coal - flatting mechanism in present coke production, the rolling depression device is proposed to improve the coal pile density and uniformity. The structure of the original coal - flatting mechanism was modified by replacing the compressing cylinder of coal leveling bar by a crank swing block mechanism. The stress status and installation mode of the crank rocker mechanism were analyzed. The modified coal - flatting device increased the production efficiency by a factor of 10%.%由于现有焦炭生产中利用平煤机构改变煤堆密度和均匀度,其效果不明显,本文提出了采用滚压装置能有效提高煤堆密度和均匀度,并对其结构进行了改进,将原固定在平煤杆上的压缩气缸,改为曲柄搖块机构,并对其受力情况和安装方式进行了分析,改进后的平煤装置生产效率提高了10%以上.
