罩式炉内罩倾斜变形的原因与控制

摘要

Based on the physical deformation and temperature measurement data,it studies the causes of the sloping deformation of inner cover,which include annealing curve without soaking platform,design flaws of shear wave designing,uneven distribution caused by hydrogen burner heat caused,large amount of hydrogen gas purging,and the great height of inner cover.Optimization of annealing curve and adjusting the gas burner control help solve the sloping deformation.%针对某钢厂罩式炉内罩出现倾斜变形问题,通过对实物变形和温度的测量数据进行分析,找到了退火曲线无均热平台、横波纹设计缺陷、氢气烧嘴造成热量分布不均、氢气吹扫量过大、内罩高度太高等原因导致内罩倾斜变形.采取了优化退火曲线和调整煤气烧嘴控制措施,使倾斜变形问题得到改善.
