金属板高速剪切断裂数值模拟的研究

     

摘要

Aiming at the present problems such as low efficiency shear , low qualified cross section and high energy consumption , which happened in the process of shearing common used metal plate , a high-speed rolling shearing method with the upper blade geometric parameters is presented .It analyzed the influence of the high-speed rolling shearing method on the equivalent stress distribution , the cross section quality and the shear force , the fracture process of metal plate high-speed shearing was simulated by FEA software DEFORM-3D.Simulated results show that the optimized high-speed rolling shear with the upper blade geometric parameters can make the equivalent stress distribute evenly in the shearing area , and it can obtain the high cross section quality of metal plate;Comparing the numerical simulations with normal rolling shear , the maximum shear force are decreasing in cutting and rolling shearing , the energy saving shear is realized .%针对目前国内常用金属板在剪切过程中剪切效率低、剪切断面质量差及高能耗等问题,提出了一种带有上剪刃几何参数的高速滚切剪剪切方法。重点分析了该种剪切方法对等效剪切应力分布、剪切断面质量和剪切力的影响,并利用DEFORM-3 D有限元软件对金属板高速剪切的断裂过程进行了数值模拟研究。模拟结果表明,优化后的高速剪切可以使等效剪切应力比较均匀地分布于剪切区域,并获得了良好的钢板剪切断面质量;与普通滚切剪进行对比,其最大剪切力在切入阶段和滚切阶段均有一定程度的减小,实现了节能剪切的目的。
