一种新型带钢烘干装置在固溶生产线的应用

摘要

由于钢带表面状况及钢带烘干机装置的结构，影响传统钢带烘干机的烘干效果及设备使用。本文设计了一种新型钢带烘干装置，介绍了该烘干机装置的组成部分、结构特点及其主要参数。并根据宝钢某热带固溶生产线的实际工况及参数条件，对比了该烘干机的理论参数和实际参数，说明该装置烘干效果良好，具备高效、节能的优点。%As the strip surface is abnormal of some annealing plant,the general strip drying device is usually not fit for this bad condition,whose drying effect and equipment performance is affected.In this article,presen-tation about a new type drying device's structural specialty and dissertation of this device's novelty and advanced characteristic by presenting its main components.Based on some actual working condition and related parameter of an hot anneal pass line of the Baosteel,contracting the theoretical parameters and actual parameters,the device's perfect drying effect is shown with lower energy consumption and higher efficient.
