摘要

开发了一种小方坯或小圆坯连铸机的单振动单元液压振动装置,其采用串接式全板簧导向结构,单液压缸驱动,外弧或内弧侧布置,在缓冲螺旋弹簧、横向导向柱、导向板簧与液压驱动装置的柔性驱动下,实现弧形或仿弧形振动,集合了仿弧精度高、结构简单、重量轻、无需润滑、控制流程简单可靠、寿命长等诸多优点,并成功投入生产使用,为小方坯或小圆坯连铸高频振动提供了有效的、可靠的装置.%The mould hydraulic oscillator of single oscillating unit of billet or round billet CCM was developed,which features in high curve-imitation precision,simple structure,low weight,non-lubrication,simple and reliable control flow and long life,etc,is series completely leaf-spring guided and drove by single hydraulic cylinder.It is located on the inner curve or outside curve side.Due to the flexible driving of the buffer helical spring,transverse lead,guiding leaf-spring and hydraulic driving device,the curve or curve-imitation oscillation can be accomplished.Its successful application proves that the equipment is feasible and reliable for the high-frequency oscillation of billet or round billet continuous casting.
