超长超重型超高压芯筒的研制

摘要

运用特殊芯棒分步成形锻造工艺及合理的热处理工艺，成功制造出轮廓尺寸达碬2650 mm（碬2150 mm内孔）×6790 mm的超高压芯筒。%The forging technology of special mandrel forming step by step and reasonable heat treatment process are used to successfully produce a ultra high pressure core barrel with contour size up to Ø2 650 mm ( inner holeØ2 150 mm) x 6790 mm.
