锤锻件有效压实工艺准则及应用

摘要

对大型自由锻锤的工艺过程采用有效压实法工艺参数进行控制，可以减少镦粗次数、保证产品质量、提高产量。文中还简要阐述了工艺准则和应用实例。%It is important to control heavy open forging process with technological parameter in effective compac -tion criterion .The application of the criterion may help in the improvement of product quality , reduction of forging time as well as the improvement of productivity .The criterion and its application is introduces in this paper .
