介绍了现有大锻件模拟软件计算结果与实际情况间的差异问题，从计算机模拟的基本原理和大锻件的生产特征等方面研究分析了差异存在的原因，提出了解决该问题的一些具体建议。%This paper introduces the difference between the calculation results and the actual situations of simula -tion software for heavy forging .The reasons for the difference are studied and analyzed based on the basic principal of computer simulation and the manufacturing characteristics of heavy forging etc .The detailed suggestions are provided to solve the problem .
